IPL 2020 Auction

The IPL is the most popular and competitive T20 tournament played at nine places in 51 days in India. IPL 2019 has successfully completed 12 years and is now ready for the next season of VIVO IPL 2020. 

The 13th edition of the most popular Indian Premier League(IPL) will be played from 28 March to 24 May 2020. IPL 2020 Tournament is being played under Round Robin format with each team playing twice against each other in the league matches and the top 4 teams on Point Table qualifies for the play offs.

Also, Star is said to be keen to start around 7 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. so that the IPL 2020 games end before midnight. But franchises claim that it is almost difficult for audiences to come in on a working day at that point in time.

According to reports, IPL 2020 is set to get underway at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on March 29 and the final will be played on May 24, you obviously get a longer window than say 45 days. "While the ipl 2020 full schedule isn't ready yet. The complete IPL 2020 schedule, time table and match timings will be announced soon by the BCCI.

The franchises have requested the IPL Committee to return to the old system of double-headers throughout the tournament.
